The unspoiled village of Broadway itself has many unique shops, galleries, antique shops and fine restaurants for you to explore. Broadway Tower and Country Park is an 18th Century architectural folly where it is possible to see as many as 13 English counties and on a clear day you can see as far as the Welsh mountains. You can take lovely walks on the nature trails in the Country Park and eat lunch in the picnic areas or you could enjoy a round of golf at the superb Broadway Golf Club. There is plenty to do in Broadway.

Southwold House is an ideal base for you to see the famous cities of London (87 miles), Bath (58 miles) where you can visit Bath Abbey, The Pump Rooms and The Roman Baths and Oxford (38 miles), a cosmopolitan university town and home of royalty and scholars. Broadway is near to other beautiful places for example typically English towns like Warwick (25 miles) where you can visit the famous Warwick Castle, Cheltenham Spa (18 miles) and Stratford upon Avon (15 miles), the home of Shakespeare and we are only a short distance from delightful country villages like Bourton on the Water, Stow on the Wold, Chipping Campden, Upper and Lower Slaughter, Snowshill and Morton-in- Marsh (8 miles) and of course, our favourite, the village of Broadway itself.
 
     
  There are also historic buildings such as Blenheim Palace, Snowshill Manor and beautiful gardens near the village of Broadway which include Sezincote, Hidcote, Kiftsgate and Sudeley.
